Senior-only execution
No offshore junior team working the overnight shift on your brief. Every engagement is read, scoped, and reviewed by a senior operator who has run this type of matter before — not generically, specifically.
Traceremove is a specialist reputation management firm based in New York. We run lean, senior, and deep. Most of the industry optimizes for growth; we optimize for the quality of a client's week-six report. It's a different business.
The work that became Traceremove started in 2017, when our founder began handling reputation and content-removal matters for individual clients — executives, investors, public figures whose search results had real consequences for their professional lives. The patterns became clear quickly: most of the industry was selling promises it couldn't deliver, and what actually worked was a small number of documented methods applied consistently.
In 2019 that work became a firm. Traceremove LLC was incorporated to serve agencies and brands with the same methods that had been refined on individual cases — scoped engagements, weekly reporting, per-engagement pricing, no pretending removal is possible when it isn't. The framing was the same then as now: a specialist bench that does one thing well, not a full-service agency selling everything to everyone.
Since then we've grown carefully — senior hires only, no junior layer, no offshore handoffs. That has kept engagement quality consistent as the client book expanded across North America and Europe, and is what lets us offer per-result pricing where other firms can't.
Scope before sell. We don't take engagements we can't deliver. The free audit isn't marketing — it's how we decide whether a client's situation is something we should touch. Sometimes the answer is "not by us," and we say so.
Documented over persuasive. Every action is logged. Every filing has a receipt. Every SERP change is screenshotted. When a client asks what we did, we can answer line by line for the length of the engagement.
Methods that would pass a Google review. No PBN links, no bot traffic, no fake reviews. The shortcut techniques common in this industry create problems that outlive the client relationship and damage domains permanently. We won't go there.
Close clean. When an engagement ends, it ends. Optional maintenance is genuinely optional. Most of our clients come back not because they have to, but because the work held.

We price engagements, not hours. You know the cost before we start, and we don't surprise you at the end with scope creep. If the work expands mid-stream, we tell you in writing before anything changes.
Every Monday, on the same timestamp, your report lands in your inbox. What moved, what didn't, what we're doing next. If we have nothing to report, we tell you that too, and why.
We're not the right firm for everyone. If you need someone to handle full-funnel marketing, creative strategy, or earned media at the scale of a large PR agency, we're not that. We're a specialist bench for one narrow thing done well.
We also don't take engagements aimed at suppressing legitimate journalism, true reporting, or authentic consumer reviews. Not because we're saints, but because that work has no durable outcome — true content keeps re-surfacing, and the client pays forever without getting anywhere. We scope out those matters in the audit and decline the work.
If a client walks in wanting something we can't ethically deliver — fake reviews, attack campaigns, impersonation work — we pass. There's plenty of demand for the honest version of this work.
Send us your brief. Within 48 hours a senior analyst returns a written audit and a candid recommendation — including whether we're actually the right firm for your situation, or whether we should point you somewhere else.
