02 — How a partnership runs

Intake → scope → execution → reporting.

Intake. You send the brief. We sign the NDA if you haven't sent yours. First call within two business days. On the call we confirm scope fit, likely methods, and ballpark timeline.

Scope. Written scope document within a week: targets, methods, exclusions, commercials, reporting format. Your client signs your version; we sign ours with you.

Execution. We run the playbook under your naming conventions. You receive weekly SERP diffs and action logs. If something changes, we flag it the day it happens.

Reporting. End-of-engagement summary in your template. Receipts for every filing. Honest language about what worked, what didn't, and why.

Three models. Your client never sees our rates.

Per-engagement. Fixed fee for a scoped target list with a defined window (typically 4–12 weeks). Best for crisis response and review bombs.

Monthly retainer. Fixed monthly for ongoing SERP monitoring, rolling takedowns, and maintenance. Best for executive protection retainers.

Per-result. Fee-on-success for specific removable assets. Best when the target is narrowly defined and outcome-binary.

Agency pricing is below our nominal rate card; you mark up however your commercials demand. Net-30 invoicing, USD or EUR, quarterly settlement available for recurring volume.

05 — Data & jurisdiction

Where the work happens, how it's handled.

We are a New York-based LLC with operations across the US and EU. Client data stays in the jurisdiction you direct, with EU-default for European clients. We do not store target URLs, screenshots, or client identifiers on shared drives; each engagement lives in a scoped workspace, purged on sign-off.

NDA is our default, not our upsell. If your standard agreement is stronger than ours, we sign yours. If your client needs a DPA, we sign one. If the matter is sensitive enough that email won't do, we run the engagement over Signal.

Can you guarantee a page will come down?

No, and anyone who does is selling you the wrong thing. Removal depends on platform policies, jurisdiction, and content specifics. What we do guarantee: a written assessment of which targets are removable, negotiable, or displaceable — before you commit, not after.

How do you stay invisible to our client?

We operate under your brand on every deliverable. Reports carry your header. Emails to your client go from your address. Your client pays your invoice. Our name does not appear anywhere in the deliverable chain.

How fast can you start?

Intake call within 48 hours. Written scope within a week if the brief is clear. Execution begins the day scope is signed. For active crises, we've turned scope around in 48 hours total.

Do you do reseller or volume pricing?

Yes. If you run four or more engagements with us in a rolling year, we move you to a preferred rate card and a quarterly invoice cycle. No minimum commitment — the rate adjusts based on realized volume.

What about reference calls?

We can arrange reference calls with existing agency partners under mutual NDA. Most of our partners have been working with us for 18 months or more and are happy to speak candidly about how the relationship works.
